so the QD attachment, what swivles work? not magpul, or midwest industries, tried them both, they pull right out.

Yes. The Wilson Combat Rogers Super-Stoc will be marked with "Rogers Super-Stoc" in two separate places on the left side of the buttstock.

Would this be able to fit on an ATI 300 blackout?

Yes this will work for an ATI 300 Blackout since it is still part of the AR-15 tube.

Does this say Wilson Combat anywhere on the stock? My Colt LE6940 has Colt on this same stock from Rogers, I was just curious.

Yes, this has the Wilson Combat logo on the buttpad of the stock.
