yes but you need the p365XL magazine. the regular p365 mag will not work.

Will it fit a P365 Xmacro?

Yes, the Wilson Combat WCP365 XL Grip Module will be compatible with your P365 X-Macro. Keep in mind your X-Macro magazines will not sit flush with the magwell and you will lose the picatinny rail and replace it with the Sig proprietary rail.

Does this come with the safety leveler? I can not find the Sig manual safety conversion kit. You should state the conversion kit is required

The factory sig rail is saod to be proprietary, does the wilson combat rail make it a standard sized for most rail mounted lights?

According to Wilson Combat the Wilson Combat WCP365 XL Grip Module is compatible with the same lights as the factory P365 Grip modules.

The Wilson Combat WCP365 XL Grip Module model number 365XL-MB is for Manual Safety models of the Sig P365XL. However, it does not come with a replacement safety, you will use the factory safety.
