Yes, across the center of the box on the left side it States "combo pack". So both bullets and shells are in that part numbers box. but if course like ALL 410 ammo there are none in stock as well as NO .45 long Colt ammo. which really sucks. if buy a thousand round of each of I could find them plus if buy another thousand of simple #7 bird shot. I sure wish I could find some ammo. Then I could hit the range and dial in my daily carry weapon a bit better. it's finally slowing down and ammo is beginning to show up on shelves again. very very slowly and the small variety available, but at least there's some starting to show up on the shelves. I suspect the upcoming civil war is going to be one bloody war with all ammo selling out on the day it arrives for almost 2 years straight now? it's going to get nasty, it's just a matter of time and everybody needs to be ready.
