This is Match 223 Remington ammunition and is advertised as the following per Winchester:

"For serious rifle competition, trust Match ammunition. Combining proven Winchester technology with proven bullets, the hollow point boat tail design provides the precision match shooters demand, shot after shot."

So it’s a match grade ammo and Match stuff doesn’t do so well with penetration and retaining it’s mass upon entering the body. It’s a good home defense round because the 69 grainer is going pretty fast it hits the target and fragments fairly quickly. It’s about 12” penetration in ballistic gel. Yes I’m sure it could kill a deer but other ammo is far better. I’d consider this round for home defense or 300-1000m shooting.
