Yes, the Winchester SUPER-X RIMFIRE ammo uses the Winchester Power Point Design Hollow Point.

Will this ammo work on AR platform 22 rifle?

Yes. The Winchester SUPER-X RIMFIRE .22 Long Rifle 40 grain Copper Plated Hollow Point Rimfire Ammunition will work in your 22LR rifle and any other rifle/pistol chambered in 22LR. These are hollow points, and may not be the best option for target shooting. If you are looking for target shooting ammunition, you can find it using the following link.
