The WMD Guns AR-15/M16/M4 Full Auto Bolt Carrier Group features an M16 cut which allows it to be safely used with firearms that are fully-automatic or have a binary trigger. When it comes to AR15 pattern Bolt Carrier Groups, they will either be full-auto rated (M16 Cut), or semi-auto rated.

The WMD Guns AR-15/M16/M4 Full Auto Bolt Carrier Group will work in Mil-Spec AR15's. So yes it will work in a Troy AR15 in 5.56.
