There is very little latency with a refresh frame rate of 25hz.

Yes, the X-Vision XVT 1-4x13mm Thermal Imaging Rifle Scope is capable of handling over 53 ft/lb. of recoil allowing compatibility with a large variety of firearms and crossbows. Additionally, the TR1 is dust and water-resistant to an international protection rating of IP67.
