The sights are press fit into the dovetail normally by a qualified gunsmith or armorer as slight modification of the sight may be necessary. They are dovetailed and would slide into the dovetails by using a sight pusher or non-marring punches.

XS Express Sights are a file-to-fit installation. Threadlocker is necessary and included in the package. If the sights do not slide 1/2 way into the dovetail, then evenly file the bottom, a few passes at a time, until the sight goes at least 1/2 way in. Then use a delrin or nylon punch to drive the sight the remainder of the way in. Videos and written instructions available on XS' website. A sight pusher tool is NOT recommended.
