Yes, the set for a CZ P07 will work just fine on your P07.

The XS Sight Systems DXT2 Big Dot Night Sight is not compatible with the CZ P-01 Omega. However, XS Sight Systems does make a DXT2 set that is compatible with the CZ PO1, 83, 75 Compact, 75D PCR, & P-01 Omega. Unfortunately, we do not carry that specific set, but it can be found on the manufacturers website (SKU# CZ-0014S-5N).
No, our sights tend to be taller than the factory sights. The factory sights are a style known as Notch & Post and you set elevation by leveling top of front with top of rear. In our Express system it is set by how the bottom of the front dot is nestled into the bottom of the rear “V”. Between that and the simply larger nature of our Big Dot, our fronts tend to be taller.
