Does this set include the pillar, jack post, and jack screw?

Yes, this comes with the rail, ghost ring rear, front sight, mounting pillar assembly, hex wrench, attachment screws, blue thread locker, an extra aperture, and a plug screw in case you elect not to drill the second mounting hole for the front sight.

Do you know if the front sight will fit on the current Ruger/Marlin 1894 guide gun with the hooded front sight?

No, this kit is intended for the older JM and Remington made 1894's that had .700" center-to-center hole spacing for the front sight. The newer Ruger made guns will need our ML-1009-5 kit.

The rail and rear sight will fit just fine. On some of the new Marlin 1894 models, Ruger is using 1" hole spacing. The front sight in this kit will only work for the .700" hole spacing.
