The XS Sight Systems Lever Rail Marlin Model 1894 Ghost Ring Mount will include two apertures, .230" and .191" inside diameter, as well as all required hardware to install.

Yes, this comes with the rail, ghost ring rear, front sight, mounting pillar assembly, hex wrench, attachment screws, blue thread locker, an extra aperture, and a plug screw in case you elect not to drill the second mounting hole for the front sight.
