It will fit both a picatinny or weaver rail. There is no actual height provided, but the description and instructions are as follows which will provide more information regarding specifics:

"XS Ghost Ring WS is fully adjustable for windage and elevation and comes with two apertures, .230" and .191" inside diameter, for different lighting conditions."
