Will these sights fit a standard VP9?

No, these XS Sight Systems R3D Night Sights will only fit optic ready models of the HK VP9. XS Sight Systems does not make a suppressor height set for non-optic ready models of the VP9.

What's the height measurement?

The rear sight is .500 and the front is .415, this is measured front the bottom of the dovetail to the top of the sight
