Yes, This sight does have photoluminescent properties along with tritium in the front and rear sights.

Yes. The XS Sight Systems DXT2 Big Dot Night Sight will fit a gen 5 Glock 26. You can choose between two options. Either MPN:GL-0009S-5Y (yellow front/white rear), or MPN:GL-0009S-5N (Orange front/white rear).

Yes. The XS Sight Systems DXT2 Big Dot Night Sight will fit a Glock 45. The correct model is MPN:GL-0009S-5Y (yellow front/white rear), MPN:GL-0009S-5N (orange front/white rear).

Will this fit Beretta APX Compact?

These sights are for Glock handguns and will not fir a Beretta APX. MPN: MPN:BE-0011S-3 will fit the APX.

Yes, they will work on a Glock 43X.
I bought a set and installed them this past weekend (8/18/2019).
Per the instructions, I needed to pass the base of the rear sight over a file about 20 times for it to fit, but wasn't difficult to do.
