What are the measurements for this sight?

The front sight is .387" tall. The rear sight is .500" tall overall (bottom of dovetail to top of blade).

No. The Glock G40 will need the set for a G21/G20.

I have a glock 19 with halason 507 c . Will this night sights work well if my optic fails . Will I be able to see though my optic and see iron sights?

The XS Sight Systems R3D Night Sights will provide an absolute Co-witness with a Holosun 507C on a Glock 19 MOS. If you are using an adapter plate with your Glock 19 to fit the 507C, you will still be able to achieve a lower 1/3 co-witness with these sights.
