Will this kit fit a ruger ar556?

The XTS Anodized Parts Kit will work with Mil-Spec AR15's. So yes it will work with a Ruger AR556.

No. The XTS Anodized Parts Kit will come with the buffer tube, charging handle, Forward assist, ejection port cover, trigger guard, ambidextrous safety selector switch, and magazine catch assembly.

it says on the description that this is for both the ar10 and ar15 but how? those frames have different length parts on them. I.e.- charging handle
