No. The XTS AR-15 5/8X24 BLK Knurled Brake is a .30cal brake designed for calibers with a bullet diameter of 0.308" or less. 350 Legend will require a muzzle brake that can support calibers with a bullet diameter of 0.358" or less (9mm compatible).

can I use this for 9mm

No. The XTS AR-15 5/8X24 BLK Knurled Brake is a .30cal brake designed for calibers with a bullet diameter of 0.308" or less. 9mm has a bullet diameter of 0.355" and will require a 9mm specific muzzle device.
