Can this be pinned and welded?

The Yankee Hill Machine Phantom .30 Cal LT/LTA Q.D. Flash Hider does not feature a pin hole to allow for pinning or welding the flash hider.

Will this work on an AK with a standard front sight post?

Yes, the Yankee Hill Machine Phantom .30 Cal LT/LTA Q.D. Flash Hider Mount will work with an AK that has a standard front sight post. Just ensure your barrel is threaded for M14x1LH.
