The YHM 4302-28A 30 LT QD 1/2X28 will not work with the R9 Suppressor.

Yes, this YHM Muzzle Brake is compatible with nitro and resonator suppressors. This muzzle brake will not accommodate the 5.56 phantom, phantom 5.56 m2, or turbo gen 1 sound suppressors.

The YHM muzzle brake will not accommodate the 5.56 phantom, phantom 5.56 m2, or turbo gen 1 sound suppressors. It is compatible with nitro and resonator suppressors.

With 1/2x28 threads what size is the bore? I know these fit 30 cal cans, but if they have a 30 cal bore, how well do they work without the can?

The YHM Muzzle Brake will decrease recoil of your host firearm and will work with calibers that have a bullet diameter of 0.308" or less.
