The ZEV Technologies ZEV365XL Octane Pistol Slide w/RMSC Optic Cut can have a Shield RMSc footprint red dot co-witness with iron sights depending on the sights and red dot you use.

What sights fit this frame

I have this slide, and can confirm that the sight sizes are Sig #6 Front, and Sig #8 rear. Look for this configuration when you choose what sight you want.
I personally have the Trijicon Bright and Tough sights. White dot with Tritium. Model SG03. Works and installs perfectly.
