Is the pro chucked 5 a later model than the pro 2000? Expert Answer

Yes, the Pro 2000 is discontinued, while the Pro Chucker 5 is a current model from RCBS.

There are problems by dedicated pro 2000 fan, June 3, 2018
I have had one since they first came out. I have never really got it to work. I have to do depriming and primer seating elsewhere. But even then there is a problem with the shoulder bolt moving. But the main difficulty is breaking the flimsy case...

Product Info for RCBS Pro Chucker 5 Progressive Presses

An excellent tool to add to your toolbox of reloading tools, the RCBS Pro Chucker 5 Auto Index Progressive Press 88910 is the next level in reloading efficiency and customization. It features five-station automatic indexing for maximum production, with a load rate of approximately 600 rounds per hour. The quick-change die plate that comes with the RCBS Pro Chucker Progressive Reloading Press allows fast caliber change over for even greater efficiency. Standard primer pick up tubes are used with the safety shielded priming system. Spent primers are efficiently dropped from the bottom of the press to be captured in a trash receptacle. The powder measure is fitted with Quick Change metering components that allow you to drain powder without removing the measure from the press. You can also quickly swap out preset metering screws for dispensing the new powder. For an amazing way to save money by reloading your spent bullet casings, choose the RCBS Pro Chucker 5 Progressive Reloading Press.image
