I have had one since they first came out. I have never really got it to work. I have to do depriming and primer seating elsewhere. But even then there is a problem with the shoulder bolt moving. But the main difficulty is breaking the flimsy case advancing mechanism. If I ever try using this again, that is the next part I will remove because if ANYTHING goes wrong that part breaks.
And, incidentally, when they were first out RCBS WOULD NOT sell you spare parts. They would replace a broken part but you could not buy spares
In my opinion the greatest progressive primer system ever was on the Pro 2000. Why they gave that up and replaced it will this mess is beyond me. It easily gets out of wack. A more obscure problem that I never figured out was that the spent primers do not clear the machine. If you do not catch that right away that will break the case advancing mechanism.
I think that used Pro 2000's are now selling for more than used Pro Chuckers. There is a reason for that.
