No this is only works with the 17 and 22.

I got an SBR Tax Stamp for a Gen1 Glock 17 not realizing it needs a rail to work with eith a Mako RONI or Fab Defense KPOS. Will this adapter work? Expert Answer

Unfortunately this adapter will most likely not work as the rail is further down than it would be if it were integrated into the frame.

I bought this rail and as soon as I installed my X300 light on it, I was unable to remove the light because of how stuck it was to this rail. I had to cut this plastic bs off just to get my light back.
