Great home defense light. If you can't swing a rail mounted light. The strobe is powerful. Good throw on the beam. The beam is not as tight as the Turbo but has a great field of vision. The light is crisp and the clarity is on the money. You can't go wrong with any 4Sevens.
Pros: Light weight. Easy to use and set up. Durable. Solid clip. Good tension. Great out put. Solid light from top to bottom.
Cons: Not ideal for deep concealment. I would like to toggle from the thumb switch. None of these are deal breakers.

Very nice light!
This is a very nice light. It is bright and you can set it up like you want. However, it does take some time to get it programmed.

This is a great little light. Seems to be very well made, easy to set up and use, and lots of easy to set brightness settings.
HOWEVER, when I compared it to my surefire specified at 180 lumens, it was noticeably a LOT dimmer, which is ultimately why I returned it.

I was thinking of etting a surefire but saw a lot of really good reviews regarding 4sevens new lights. The tactical allows you to select program 2 modes that are available to you instantly (max/moonlight,max/strobe,SOS/beacon,etc.) out of the 8 available. Moonlight, low, medium, high, max, SOS, strobe, and beacon. With equal brightness to all competitors, more lighting features, compact size and useable clip, this was a no-brainer for my next EDC light. Especially since it's selling for 1/3 the price of a comparable light from a notable company. After a month of using it, I love it and highly recommend this light to anyone looking for a quality flashlight for EDC/tactical purposes.

THIS LIGHT FOR ITS SIZE IS TOUGHT TO BE BEAT. CAN CARRY FOR EVERYDAY LIGHT. BATTERY LIFE IS GREAT ALONG WITH FUNCTION OF DIFFERENT SETTINGS. ALTHOUGH IN MY OPION THE SAME LIGHT NONTACTICAL IS MORE USER FRIENDLY FOR THE DIFFERENT SETTINGS.

Quark rules!
This flashlight has served me very well. I have carried it as a daily use device for about a month so far. The single most obvious use I have used it for was for an accident that I witnessed at night. It was absolutely invaluable at lighting up the scene before I began assisting. I also was able to use the strobe setting to alert the LEO's. The LEO actually passed the site and I was able to turn them around with the strobe after they passed the scene. Very highly recommended.
