I am an Intensive Care Paramedic for St John Ambulance and crew the local rescue helicopter in New Zealand
I bought these gloves to use in helicopter winching operations where a high level of dexterity to manipulate hook locks and caribiners is needed and to provide suitable hand protection. Overall a good glove for this application.
Pros: Good firm fit but still easy to flex fingers
Cons: The thumb seam just sits over the pad of my thumb so slightly interferes with the dexterity and feel on this surface
Great gloves
These are very nice gloves. They are soft yet protect the hands while using a rifle in all the various positions and manipulations. They also breathe which makes them bearable during the hot months of Summer. I would definitely recommend these to all shooters.

Took a week or two to break in and they are a bit thick which can make it a little difficult to feel things when conducting searches or shooting.

These gloves are great. Probably one of the best fitting gloves I've ever owned. I bought these primarily for when I go shooting. Theses gloves in no way at all inhibit my ability to manipulate my guns. If anything they improved my ability by allowing me to get a better grip on my rifle. I would recommend these to anyone looking for a nice pair of gloves. You will not be disappointed.

nice gloves
nice gloves. fit my hands perfictly. suggest you guys measure your hands to get the right size. just got them for about 2 weeks. haven't used them for tough duty yet. but quite confident about its material and craftsmanship.
and the service of opticalplanet is really nice. top choice for guys here in china for optics and other gear.
also, have used them on a rainy day. i know the gloves are not waterproof. but what i didn't expect was that they left blue dye marks on my hands. the marks could be washed away. washed the gloves afterwards. don't know if the dye will hold.
