This device is compact giving you more usable area on your belt. For peace officer this can be crucial as there are more and more devices added to that piece of equipment every week. Even those of us who work in plain clothes have precious little room to spare. The clip is well made, adjusts to different belt sizes and affixes itself securely by its two pronged clip. It also fits a variety of flashlights with a thin width clip; not just the ATAC models. OP had it a very low price, I've seen this item advertised on the Internet for up to $24.99. I recommend this item highly.
