I like this shirt a lot. It looks good, fits well, and is cut to avoid printing. It also has extra hidden storage pockets and Velcro side cuts (to make it easier to access CCW).
I prefer the pockets on the non-"performance" model (which are accessible from the outside), but don't really use them. Nice touch, but not a deal-maker/breaker. Although, the performance model has faux buttons, which I really like. The non-performance shirt has snaps which, for me at least, are a give away.
The only downside is the fabric doesn't give and has the overall feel of polyester. This makes it a bit less comfortable than my cotton shirts. However, it also helps reduce printing. I think the trade is worth it.
Finally, it's cut a bit long to help keep the "C" in CCW. It sounds minor, but it can be a major help when you have to reach for something. In my case, I was on BART (the SF area subway) and there were no seats. I instantly fell in love with this shirt as I had to grab a bar without worrying about showing. It also has extended side cuts, which can Velcro closed. A nice feature, to be sure. Also, the faux buttons allow access in case you're wearing a shoulder rig, or to the hidden pockets.
Overall, a nice shirt. I'd wear it even if I wasn't carrying. And the fact that it makes carrying that much more drama-free makes it a must-have in my opinion.
I don't know of anything really comparable.
Pros: Looks good, nice features
Cons: Synthetics don't give/breath...
