This bag is a couple of inches taller than the M4 Shorty. This bag is tall enough and wide enough to handle a SCAR 17s (16" barrel) with optic and stock folded. Plenty of room for an 18" Tavor with red dot. Still needs a few more tie-down straps, but I knew that when I ordered it. Looks well made. Plenty of room in the outside pockets. I keep a grab-n-go type mag carrier in the big pocket.
Pros:
- Big enough for a folded SCAR 17s
- Big enough for most bullpups
Cons:
- needs more internal tie downs
Best Used for:
- Bullpups
- Some rifles with folding stocks

Adequate size; features, fabric, construction are all first rate. I am completely satisfied as this case completely meets my requirements for low profile transport of my carbine. Pouches are adequate for carry of necessary magazines, ammo, and appropriate misc gear. Just what I was looking for.

Great covert carry case for my AR. Make sure to measure the length of your rifle. They make a smaller version of this bag also. I like the size and pocket. I wish it came with pouches for your magazines but the front pocket contains a Velcro backing that you can attach any style pouches you want (not included).

This case is great if you like to not draw attention to yourself while carrying your rifle. It is a perfect fit for a true M4 ( 14.5 inch barrel ) with stock fully collapsed but may not fit a rifle with a 16 inch barrel depending on your stock and muzzle device choices. While carrying it, it looks like an oversized backpack. Plenty of spaces for extra mags and small amounts of gear and ammo.
Pros:
- discreet design
- comfortable to wear
- covert

I love this case. I live in a condo in Pasadena, California. So on my range day I usually have to pack my guns and gears when there are not many people around. With this bag I can walk load my gears anytime without receiving any reactions from my gun control minded neighbors. This bag is also very comfortable carrying with one shoulder. The dark color of the bag makes it almost invisible in my truck with tinted back windows. It carries the M4 very easily.
Pros:
- Great price, very comfortable

Great bag. Your gear remains unnoticed in this bag. Easy to carry. Well made. There could be a few more zippered pockets for ammo or whatever. The zippers on this bag are great. They really are heavy duty! The colors are perfect. They do not attract attention I like easy carry handle as well as the easy to use shoulder straps. 511 did it again.

It's nice but not the best. What is the best? I don't know? I would've designed the front area (pockets) differently! It needs more options for hand gun and m4 mags. Over all the look and strap (s) seem to work fine. My bag did not come with instructions for the accessory side of things. Make sure you measure your over all shortest length For this case. Again, over all it's a great case for moving your gun in the public. It looks does like there are a lot of other cases out there that people know what your moving around but have a better accessory options.

Been doing research on the forums as to which bag to purchase for my Tavor. I pick both this up and a Leaper UTG bag - Got both at a great price from OP. The 5.11 came in less than a day from order date and 2 hours before I got the notification that it was shipped - can't beat that. The 5.11 bag fits the 18 inch Tavor good. I would highly recommend this bag to anyone looking to carry a rifle under 30 inches and not have the neighbors pointing at you.
Pros:
- Very well made
- can't beat a closeout price
Cons:
- wish there were more mole attachments loops
- instead of the one large compartment, wish they split it into 2

I would like to see some magazine specific pouches somewhere inside the bag otherwise a great product.
Pros: Innovative idea for discreet carry!
Cons: Full price is a little high!

This case is slick. I can store several magazines in the top pocket and have room for a set of compact binos or my camelback.
The bottom pocket is very roomy and will accept my spotting scope and tripod.
The shoulder strap is very comfortable and adjustments are simple and stay where you set them.
The strategically place handles make it easy to grab and go or place it in your vehicle.
Pros: Holds the rifle securely in place. The gun stays put while running or crawling. The harness is adjustable for a close comfortable fit.
Cons: Too roomy bottom pocket, Things can move around when not packed tightly.
