Great quality but runs large

This Raven Range tights were really great quality. Fabric was durable and pants were well-constructed. The waist band and belt loops were very stiff and well-reinforced. To my disappointment, the XS was too big. I also purchased a pair of Harper leggings in XS, also by 5.11 Tactical, and they were snug as could be. Not sure if these just run larger than the Harper tights, or if my pair was mis-labeled from the manufacturer. Would be curious to know what other reviewers thought. I am 5’1” 90-lbs and never have issues with fitting in tights/leggings.
