Best Boot For The Money
Bought mine for law enforcement purposes and love them. Very comfortable, especially after buying some insoles from the drugstore. Lightning quick to put on and take off. Tough as nails...

Shoe insole.
Boot looks good and overall fits good. Only problem so far is the insole. Hard as a rock and uncomfortable after a couple of minutes. Bought another softer insole and put on top of the original and seems to work okay. Haven’t used them in the rain yet.

Amazing boots!!
These boots are just amazing... all day comfort and support! Highly recommend them! Everything I have gotten from 5.11 is top notch! The quick zip feature is awesome and I’m surprised how much I like it.. buy these boots!

Great shoes and very reliable. Shipping was fast and easy. I highly recommend the boots to everyone in any industry. Current use them on the job commercial electrical field. Highly recommend them to everyone.

I rarely ever actually write a review for anything. But these boots are really great. Terrain here is unforgiving at best. Really hard on all equipment, but especially boots. For me if my feet are 1.Dry, 2.warm 3. Comfortable, (yes that order) I can stay out on my feet thru most anything. Bought them in late 2013 and have abused em. Except for one drop of glue where heel molded sole meets heel upper. Great for keeping ya dry, not a cold weather but but with proper socks, are good to go for all but the coldest couple months in WV. Super light, comfortable... Like sneaker comfortable. Still wear em pretty often. Still dry as a bone... These things still actually look good too. Hate to gush, but these are awesome. Spend much time on ter feet, but still need boot level support?? Snag em up. You won't be sorry.✌️

Love 5.11 boots
I have owned this model of 5.11 boots for years. Love the quality which with 5.11 is always the best. Lightweight fit that makes them comfortable to wear all day long. The style and comfort are what you expect from 5.11 and they alway deliver the best. The price thru Optics Planet was awesome!!

Cool boots!
Order this boots for traveling and for tactical training by IPSC. It's really good quality. All showed sizes is real and useful for ordering. At current moment a 20 times was in traveling with that boots (around 50 miles). No any discomfort moments. My model is sand and 9 size, all correct. Zipper is working well. Good product for buying.

Great boots
The last pair of these I owned was the water proof version, so I decided to order the non waterproof one this time and was not disappointed . The boots are true to fit and fit well. I have no problems wearing them all day long and they seem to wear well. I would recommend to others especially if you have to put your own shoe inserts these take them no problem.

Its a Nice Boot
Comfortable and easy to take off. I like the support i get in the ankle and the boot is pretty comfortable. It is my first side zipper boot and im impressed thus far with the durability. If on sale its a great boot for every day wear.

Great work boots
These are hood light weight work boots. They last about 2 years. They run at least one size if not 2 small so order larger sizes to compensate. I have wide feet and they barely fit. Great buying from Optics Planet. They are fast and offer a large selection,

ATAC Side Zips
I've had a number of pairs of these, on which I've put a *lot* of miles with good results. Minimal break-in time to comfort, light, quiet soles (no squeak on vinyl or concrete, no "clop" on hardwood), and decent traction on soft surfaces. Tread pattern clogs easily on mud, but then, these are not jungle boots. Never any problems with zippers; had one velcro patch come loose at the zipper security tab. Soles wear very well - you'll wear out other parts before the soles go. For a "value" boot, as good as any.
