This bag is outstanding. I have two jobs, one with the ambulance service in our area and the other with the city FD. I needed this bag to carry the various tools and such in and out of whatever apparatus I may be riding in, without the headache of rounding up all the gear or losing it as it gets used. This bag did the trick, small enough to not be cumbersome yet large enough to carry what I need. Three pockets are great and the construction and durability are top notch, another great 5.11 product. Wonderful service buy Optics planet yet again, I can't stop recommending this site to all those in need of various gear. Thumbs up.

I bought this to use as a first aid kit. I wasn't sure it would be big enough when I ordered it, but I figured if it wasn't, I could use it for toiletries. Turns out it was plenty big for quite an extensive first aid kit. I have lots of bottles of meds, full size CPR mask, large and small dressings (including some large ABD pads, blood blockers and IBDs), chemical ice packs, stethoscope, full size medic scissors, and many more things. The jaw like top makes it easy to squeeze a lot in there but also keep its shape if you only have a few things in it.

Just like all 5.11 bags, the nylon is heavy duty and the zippers appear to be indestructible.

My only complaint is that there is no stiffener for the bottom of the main compartment. I used a thin piece of acrylic to make my own, but in the 2nd kit I put together with one I didn't and it still worked alright. It would just be nice if it came with one, but definitely not a reason to pass up this great bag.
