Most Helpful Positive Review Padded and roomy
I like this bag for spare magazines. The padded bag holds the mags securely inside of my daily work bag. The zipper pulls allow quick access to whatever you store in the bag. The M.O.L.L.E. web is easy and quick to secure. Better made than I thought. Pros: MOLLE attachments

Good Molle Bag

by Joe, Verified Owner from UT, United States Written on April 13, 2017
This bag is well constructed and seems to be durable. It is what I was looking for. It did take forever to ship out. I thought I was getting the padded version but got the other which was fine. 5.11 product are typically good quality and this is too.

a good medical pouch

by Marius Mosoeanu, Verified Owner from Romania Written on December 29, 2016
very comfortable wearing it all day, quality materials, it is very well divided, has two zippers, the access being easy,
when opened allows good visual access to all the inside due to mesh that keep medical equipment in place, easily attached to mole.
I recommend

perfect utility Bag? I think so!

by Todd, from TX, United States Written on July 21, 2016
I was looking for a strong pouch that I could use to place items needed to a emergency in an outing. The one I was using previously was over stuffed and had begun to split at its seams from constant use. I believe in have a bag that contains items you will use on a daily bases. This 5.11 bag is perfect for the uses I am concentrating on. It will hold a small first aid kit (anti sting, antiseptic wipes and band aids type of thing), flashlight, lighter. It has enough room for a EDC knife and utility tool as well as additional space for whatever your specific outing requires. The attachment points are well made and have not deformed. It is small enough to fit in my backpack well and fits in the cubby hole in my car perfectly. I am very happy with this pouch
Pros:
  • Well made at seams
Cons:
  • None

i got the coyote

by cshr, from MN, United States Written on August 26, 2015
material has no flaws or weak spots. sewing is complete with a good amount of inside edge left on. the zipper is strong and moves freely. the pouch is sized well and when opened allows good visual access to all the inside. it crushes easily when not full. it comes with the attachment pieces which are rigid so there is no slippage. it has attachment points on it so you could place another of the same size on it, aka two deep. great addition to the camelbak hawg and matches the color very well. thinking on getting another.

2. 4 4x4 bandages
3. 2 ABD Bandages

5.11 Molle Medic Pouch

by Legacy Reviewer, Verified Owner from SC, United States Written on May 18, 2012
Overall a good buy. The Slickstick system allows quick removal, but for me a little laborious insertion. After fumbling with it for awhile, I used a a flat cutlery knife to make the job go faster.
Pros: Just the right size for quick first aid.
Cons: As with all the 5.11 Molle pouches, a little problematic getting the Slickstick threaded into my vest.

5.11 Medic Pouch

by Legacy Reviewer, Verified Owner from TN, United States Written on January 9, 2011
I purchased this to add on to my bailout bag. It holds the items I deemed necessary for quick emergency blood stoppage, including; bandages, medic tape, 3 pairs of gloves, CAT tourniquet, medical scissors, and 3 packs of Quickclot. I would highly recommend this as an accessory pouch or small medical pouch.
Pros: Durable, MOLLE compatible, and keeps needed items in place
Cons: None

Excellent multipurpose pouch

by Legacy Reviewer, Verified Owner Written on September 17, 2010
This pouch comes in 3 variants, a medical kit with clamshell openning and internal dividers, a padded one for fragile items like cameras and optics and the plain vainilla one wich has no dividers nor foam pads. I purchased 2 of the the regular ones in flat dark earth and use them on the sides of my 5.11 mesh vest. The size is perfect, not too big to become cumbersome and large enough to acomodate my first aid kit inside a tupperware case on one and my prospecting/archaeological tools on the other. The materials are of very good quality and the pouch is very easy to setup thanks to 5.11 propietary slick-stick system wich makes MOLLE attaching easier. Is a must buy for a miscellaneous utility pouch.
Pros: Medium size, good construction, dual zipper.
Cons: None
