pretty versatile
The 5.11 MOLLE thig rig is a pretty useful unit. The buckles are tight and so far I have been on a few hikes and not had to readjust it once tightened. The biggest problem with any thigh rig is if there is excessive weight and you run, the rig forces its way to the front of your leg. I haven't had as much an issue of that with this rig. This rig allows you to put any MOLLE pouch on your thigh or get creative and use 550 cord to tie other things like quivers or pocket knives, multi-tools ect.

This thigh rig is solid all around. It is a great piece of kit. My only complaint is that my thigh runs on the skinny side, so I have to get creative with tightening it on my leg. But otherwise makes it easier to reach and pack on more gear. Great if you're a gear nut like me.

5.11 quality is building my confidence
I'm normally a Blackhawk buyer, but lately my purchases favor in 5.11. The options, features, and quality products are great especially at a reasonable price. will continue to purchase and critique 5.11 down the road.
