Great vest with lots of capabilities. Solid hardware and doesn't impact flexability.
It does require that someone help you get it fitted to your body. Ask a friend to help you and it should go smoothly.
Pros: Very flexible and holds up well
Cons: You really need someone to help you while you get it fitted
