Just got these and went out riding for a couple hour on a very bright NC day. First thing I noticed, they transition from dark to light and back very quickly. They are very comfortable and fit my head perfectly. I had an older pair of Panoptx that my brother gave me several years ago, and I found that after riding for about an hour the ear pieces would feel like they were digging into my skull. I didn't get that with these. They definitely get darker than the older pair but not too dark. Everything was still very visible and very clear. When I first put them on I was concerned the foam would be distracting because it is definitely in the field of vision, but I'll take that since they block the wind/dust/bugs, ect. so well. I'm a contact lens wearer and these didn't let my eyes get dry at all. And quite honestly after wearing them for a short while, I didn't even notice the foam. So overall, I'm very impressed. If you ride, do yourself a favor and get a pair!

These are replacements after losing the last pair. Way better than the regular photochromatic models. They keep the wind and bugs out of your eyes. Nice tint when dark out and gets darker it the sun over my old ones. Plus cheaper than on panoptics website. Arrived quickly and in great shape.
