Most Helpful Positive Review Great upper, but be prepared to do some prep work.
I ordered two of these, one sniper grey and one burnt bronze. I started with the dust cover. I oiled up the hinge pin and fitment was unusually tight, so tight I had to use my tiny AR pin hammer to tap it in. Same thing with the forward assist, I was thinking the roll pin was just a tad large, it took some serious blows to drive it in. The WTF moment came when I went to slide it on my midwest upper receiver rod for barrel assembly. The farther on it went, effort increased to the point I was using a rubber mallet. Nice Upper!

This seems to be a durable upper. The finish is smooth with a nice even coating. I used this to assemble an AR-22 upper. Functions good and looks great.

Needed to upgrade my 6mm ARC. New upper and new ultra light handguard. Had high rise upper, just didn't have the right cheek weld. Nice finish on upper. Very custom look due to the billet design.

Clean and slick

No forward assist plus minimalist styling blends with most gear well. Even finish, no burrs, minimal tool marks. If you're a lefty, you'll appreciate no forward assist bumping you in places while slung. Easily takes rattle can if you plan on painting your finished rifle.
