Solid Bipod!
I have this on my Scar 17S. This is a rock solid bipod. Used it to zero my scope. It was perfect! For a bipod of this construction it is surprisingly light! The moving parts are smooth! The internal mechanism concerns me a little if dirt or water gets in it? Only time will tell. But overall..... Very solid construction!
Specs Listed Are jacked Up
My "No" is based on the minimum height, 7", is with the legs at 45 degrees. With the legs at 90 degrees the minimum height is almost 10". Not sure about the maximum height, but when Accu-Tac says 11" I think they are measuring with the legs at 45 degrees. With the legs at 90 I am guessing the LR10 is 15" tall. The way Accu-Tac measures their bipods is different from Harris.

Built like a tank
The Accu-Tac LR-10 s a very solid bipod, I considered buying either the Accu-Tac LR quick detach bipod or the Atlas bipod, The Accu-Tac lr-10 dipod is better built in my opion than the atlas bipod, the cant adjustment is smooth and perfect, the length adjustment on the legs is very smooth and precise , the leg locks fit perfectly into their slot adjustments, the quick detach locks solid and is very smooth and will only unlock if you want it to, this bipod is extremely stable for shooting 1000 yards plus and I know that I can rely on it to shoot at 1 mile on my Ruger American Predator 6.5 Creedmoor in a MDT-ESS Chassis, I highly recommend this bipod to anyone who wants a top quality bipod.
