Great quality, outstanding looks! Piston system works at least as well as my Sig 516, if not a little smoother. Mates to a Spikes Tactical lower just right. Very accurate so far, but only tested at 25 yards. No misfeeds nor jams, ran clean with 3 brands of FMJ ammo (all USA made). Makes for a high quality build with no issues.

Piston driven upper

Very reliable at a good price. I’ve used a similar version of this piston driven upper on the Marines Corps M27 IAR and I swear by it. It makes cleaning a breeze, especially when we have rifle Inspections. Keeps all the Marines still carrying M4s jealous.

  • Can be tricky to take apart first time for begginers
