The piston kit is high quality. I choose to rate this one star do to the difficulty in finding compatible handgaurds. The support website lists some, but is very out dated. Runs cooler

I slapped this in an aero upper and barrel. Samson Evolution series guards perfectly house the system. Then I put a JP enhanced bolt and trybe firing pin in. To top it off attatched my Banish 30 suppressor. Fires like a champ and a joy to shoot. Noticed suppressor and firearm didnt heat up as quickly. System was designed around mil spec barrel nut, just keep that in mind. Google compatible foregrips is what I did.

Easy way to convert gas systems

Installation was super easy, though be aware that the gas block is high profile and won’t fit under some hand guards. Installed on my Aero precision M4E1 receiver (with fitting). Fits nicely with the enhanced m4 handguard. Would recommend for someone planning on running a can, able to adjust gas block and prevent over gassing and wear on your firearm. The customer service at Adams Arms can give you info on installation.

AA P Piston Kit

Nice piece to add to weapon to make it cleaner. It would have been nice if the bolt carrier was a complete one with the entire assembly to save work and time of transferring parts from existing BCG and removing gas rings. Lighter front gun from older series kits.

Great Piston System

Adams Arms P Series Piston lives up to its reputation. Reliable, clean, low profile great materials. Really love the system. Definitely going to be ordering a couple more. Only problem I had was with my other orders through optics planet. I ordered two other parts that were in stock and I ended up having to wait an extra 2 weeks for them to arrive. Other than that OpticsPlanet has great prices and I will be ordering from here again
