Bought this to go onto an AR, laser takes a bit to get adjusted where needed. Unsure how the laser and scope will hold up as I was able to get it zero’d seems to track well. Will update review once taken back out to see if still holding true.

I mounted the ade Hunting Rifle Scope 2.5-10x40e Red & Green Illuminated Gun Scope (w/ laser) on an AR-15. It was easy to sight in and seems to hold "zero" even after several boxes of ammo. The optics are bright & clear, and were better than I expected considering the price! I did not give it 5-stars because of the short eye relief. I mounted it as far back (on the AR top-rail) as it would go, and I still have to lean into it to see the entire picture. I would NOT mount this on anything that recoils more than a 5.56mm, otherwise you may get the scope hitting your eye brow. In addition, the short eye relief caused another problem; my electronic ear protection covers the entire ear, and when I try to get the correct sight picture, the ear muff hits the AR-15 stock. I can put my cheek right down on the stock to get the correct sight picture, but only by removing the ear muff. If you use ear "plugs" instead of "over-the-ear" muffs, then there should not be a problem. If they would design a scope w/ an inch more eye relief, it would be perfect. I think their "specs" on the eye relief are off.

Build seems ok, bore sight laser is a plus. Have not shot it yet, so I don’t know if it will hold zero the adjustment knobs are a little flimsy and they don’t seem to be precision, but they do have positive clicks to adjust. You need to remove the cap. The BDC adjustment for elevation kind of neat. I’ll see if it works.

Put this scope on a .300 blackout for night time hog hunting. I needed something right away so I considered it a low cost interim thing. Short story is that it’s fit for purpose. It’s holding zero (I used loctite) just fine. The eye relief is a little wonky but doesn’t take any time getting a good sight picture. Magnification is decent. The lighted reticle really gets too bright at night on all but the lowest settings. Scope works outstanding during daylight. Tack driver. I haven’t used the laser as a sight. Probably an unneeded attachment but cool nonetheless. Definitely a low cost option but again it’s working well so far. I’m a real person/rancher and not a paid reviewer

I cannot entirely blame this on the scope, however it doesn't fit my rail properly. I dont know if it's the cheap rail or the cheap scope??
There are a couple small issues with accuracy. First of all the finger tightening bolts cannot be tightened enough and work loose while firing. I dont even notice this until my shots become inconsistent. By the time I figure it out, I've made the mistake of trying to adjust windage and end up having to start all over.
Laser adjustments dont seem to stay where you adjust them. Sometimes when adjusting the lasers horizontally you can watch the laser adjust vertically first, then horizontally. After a few shots it has usually drifted.
With all that said, the optics seem quite nice to me. The crosshairs illuminate very nicely. I usually only use 1 or 2 for each color. I have also left this on twice for multiple days each time and the batteries still aren't quite dead. I'm sure they will he soon. Once I used vice grips to tighten the mounting bolts it has been very consistent through the scope. If it loosens again I will use loctite before getting a new scope because I do like it.

Have not sighted it in yet, but it installed easily. Figured out where all the batteries go. Can't wait to sight it in, and will update once that is complete. Very good for a budget build.

The windage and elevation directions are not shown on the scope refer to directions. Way to go China.
