Alex Ramirez's Review of ADE Advanced Optics Delta RD3-012 Motion-Activated 1x Reflex Red Dot Sight w/ Taurus Optic Mount Plate
I had been wanting to put an optic on my Taurus for a while but didn't want to buy a new slide or send mine out to be milled. This kit gave me a much easier option.
Installation took a little patience getting the original rear sight off, but once that was done the ADE plate went on without much trouble. The RD3-012 is bright and easy for my eyes to pick up. After getting it sighted in, I ran several magazines through the pistol and didn't notice anything coming loose.
For someone who already owns a non-optics-ready Taurus and just wants to add a red dot, this is a pretty practical solution.
