This fits a GSG ATI 1911 22lr
Worked well for my GSG ATI 1911 22lr. I had to file the dove tail down some for it to slide into the Novak slot, but it was easy, and fit well. I used it to mount a Ade Advanced Optics Python Green Dot Micro Mini Reflex Sight.

Finish is nice, feels like good quality
It does what its supposed to do. Fits Burris Fastfire 3 no problem. It did come with an extra set of screw that were a little longer for installing the Fastfire 3. Finish is nice, feels like good quality. For installing it on a 1911 with G.I. Style sights, a good bit of fitting is required. Have not put this to a live fire test yet.

4.0 out of 5 stars probably works great, just didnt fit the notch in my 1911 slide
wanted to put a RDS on my rock island 1911 A1 style 45. went through some trial and error because i'm relatively novice at modifications. ordered this mount to see it if would work and sadly it did not. company was great at helping me return the item for a refund and everything was hunky dory. just turns out i needed a 'novak' style notch mount for my particular type of slide. live and learn!

Need picatinny rail or correct red dot
With some hand filing, it fit a Springfield 1911 A1 nice & snug.
the base itself does not have a picatinny rail to easily apply any scope. It has 2 holes in the base plate to screw the red dot to it, but I wasn't aware of this prior to ordering, so now I have to wait a little longer to get the correct red dot, or figure out what picatinny rail with 2 screw holes so I can attach any red dot to it.
I have email into company for which of their low profile red dot will work with this item. Will update when I hear.

A quick mount with a strong laser but with a design flaw...
I found this laser sight to install quickly with a nice strong laser point. It was easy to line the sight up to my iron sights and remained fairly accurate after about 50 rounds through my Glock. The only reason I dropped a star is the lack of a lock on the finger switch which is quite easy to activate when needed, but unfortunately too easy when you case the gun. Without removing the battery or wedging something under the switch when cased (my solution) you can count of a dead power source when you need it most. Overall however, a great deal for the money...

5.0 out of 5 stars Good match to Umarex Colt 1911 CO2 pellet gun
I wanted to put a red dot on my Umarex Colt 1911 CO2 pellet gun to better match my 1911 comp gun. This plate fits correctly, and matched to an ADE RD3-009 red dot, has made a dandy 10 meter training gun. Although I used blue Loctite on the screws, recoil is a non-issue with this setup, at the Umarex 1911 does not have a reciprocating slide.

Good Mount! ?
Solid mount and fits a wide variety of mini red dot sights. Does not fit the bottom of older Optima 2000 pattern sights. dovetail was tight but was not hard to install on Springfield slide. I mounted this on a 9mm 1911 and have run probably 400 rounds through the gun with no problems. Mount is still firmly installed and sight has held Zero well.
I must revise rating. This base was mounted on a custom STI based gun with a Springfield slide and a compensated barrel chambered in 40 S&W and carrying a Redfield Accelerator sight weighing 1 oz. I didn't use the gun much over the summer. I recently took to a pin shoot. On the sixth round fired the screws stripped out of the base plate and the sight went flying back past my ear. I will be contacting the supplier for service.

Great and stable fit
I have installed this on 1911 and a PPQ. WIth the PPQ, of course, you'll need to build your own dovetail.
Fits fine with the Burris Fastfire. Do note that they use different screws than the ones that comes with the Burris Fastfire!
The latest version of the mounting plate comes with two sets of screws for different red dot sights. I've been shooting with it for more than a year now and still very happy with it.

Fits well after shaving off 1 MM. Sight flew off.
So for a review you are suppose to get binoculars 10x. I recieved a magnifying glass, like I'm 80 years old.
Fits well after I shaved about 1 MM off of the side. I have a LLAMA which is a Colt 1911 replica. The screws fit just fine. And it came with a set of longer screws I guess after all the reviews. I had a mini green dot laying around and figured I'd put it on something. I ran across this mount by mistake but I am glad I did. I use this for my hunting sidearm.
Update. Turn a oit the screws were too small. 6 shots and the sight hit me right in the mouth. So going go Lowes to get replacement screws. Should work. Need to be 3/16 longer.
UPDATE: M3 .50 6MM screes that I got on Amazon for less then $2 fit perfectly. Old ones are 3MM so it should hold now.
