I've been shooting my M&P 380 EZ for over two years and finally decided to add an optic instead of buying another pistol.
This mount fit my factory rear sight dovetail perfectly. I took my time removing the original sight, cleaned the dovetail thoroughly, and followed the instructions with blue Loctite. The optic mounted securely and centered without any filing or fitting.
After roughly 700 rounds, including several boxes of defensive loads, everything is still holding zero. The mount hasn't shifted and I haven't needed to retighten the screws. I especially like how low the optic sits because it makes finding the dot much quicker than I expected.
Considering what custom slide milling costs, this was an easy and affordable solution. I would absolutely recommend it to anyone wanting to try a red dot on their EZ.
