Great value - ADE Advanced Optics RD3-012-PRO Series Motion Activated Red Dot Sight

Just back from the range sighting the RD3-012-Pro on an XD40. Using a DPP dovetail plate, I required a shim to provide needed adjustment. I initially used a boresight laser to "get close" and completed minor adjustments on range. The red dot on the indoor range was extremely bright. I can't comment on an outdoor setting however. Once I locked down the adjustment screws, the optic held settings. For around $100 this optic seems to perform well. So far, happy.
