Needed a replacement stock for my Mk1 and wanted something lightweight and durable. This fit well and is comfortable to carry when hunting.

Both of the ATI Enfield Monte Carlo stocks I have ordered, fit perfectly. Very tight, and I didn’t have to do any modifications

I bought one of these around 15 yrs ago. Still looks new. Easy to install, get a long (at least 12") flathead screwdriver before you start for the stock screw. They didn't have the cheekpiece then, and is very comfortable to shoot. The stock free floated the barrel and cut my groups more than half. Can't go wrong.
Pros:
- Easy fit, great fit, looks great and high quality
- Easy fit, looks great, improved accuracy

The stock was easy to put onto the rifle and everything fit perfectly. The only reason I gave it a 4 instead of a 5 is that it would be better made with a shock adsorbing recoil butt pad. Shooting the jungle carbine without a thick butt pad is hard on ones shoulder.
Pros:
- Fits well and installs easily.
Cons:
- Have to buy a separate butt pad.

This stock arrived in great shape and is an excellent fit for the 1945 Ishapore No.1 Mark III Lee Enfield I used it on. The only small fitting necessary was to lightly grind away some areas of the neck of the butt stock that fits into the rear of the receiver. With a dremel tool it took all of 10 minutes to do and the fit then was perfect. Maybe 20 minutes if I had just used a hand file or rough grit sandpaper. LOP was perfect for me an average height male. My only potentially negative comment is that the stock is quite heavy, heavier than the original wood stock. I do not mind the weight as I use the rifle mostly at the range, but if you have to walk all day in the field with it while hunting it might be a tad too much for some hunters. The rubber butt pad is very hard, so you may want to add a Limbsaver or Pachmyar pad if you are recoil sensitive

Good Stock for the money. Not a whole lot of options for this old rifle but this is the best I've found. Easy to change out, sheds a few pounds and still is a straight shooter. Great update for old reliable.
Pros: Weight, Feel, Easy to swap out
Cons: No built in optics mounting surface, Needs a recoil pad

Once fitted to rifle everything looks and feels right. This is not just a screw on stock, some internal adjustments must be made for that professional fit and finish. Also, the mold seams must be sanded off the butt and fore arm stocks. All in all it is a great addition to the weapon.
Pros: Finish,Looks, Function, Light Weight
Cons: Must be fit to rifle like all stocks
