Bought this forend to replace original that came on my Extreme Defender 12ga and to match the ATI pistol grip stock I had purchased beforehand. Makes working the action smoother, more comfortable and fills the hand better. It fits very tight on the forend tube so you may have to lube the outside of the tube when installing as I had to but when on, its on with no play. It over laps the receiver about an inch when action is fully rearward but dose not interfere with loading or ejection or bind. It gives the shotgun a very clean look.
