Bulky but acceptable - ATI Outdoors Strikeforce Side-Folding Shotgun Stock

I ordered this for my FN Police Model Shotgun which is just a rebranded Winchester 1300 Defender and aftermarket parts are very difficult to find.

Optics Planet's shipping and pricing where great and I got it installed with only a little difficulty.

I have some issues with the design and build of the unit, but without a lot of options, I'm happy to have it. The buffer tube is a non-standard plastic that I'm a bit concerned about the longevity of and I had to sandpaper one side of it to make fit in the folding mechanism.

The folding mechanism is very large and seems to be made mostly of plastic. It doesn't get in the way, but by no means is low profile.

The grip is comfortable and heavy, but the rubber padding on the back isn't well glued and I'm starting to see some separation from the grip itself.

The stock itself is cheap plastic but the recoil pad is very comfortable and effective.

It color matches most FDE products and seems to operate as intended, I'm just concerned about the long term lifespan of the unit. If I had other options for my shotgun I would have opted for those, but was happy this was made for my firearm.
