Most Helpful Positive Review Advanced Tech.Mauser scope mount MSM1700
Had to remove more of the stock than instructions said and had to clearance cover for bolt removal lever. Have not tried it yet but, it looks good and is more solid than the B-Square set-up. Pros: Solid design, looks good installed Cons: Once installed you can't go back to original

This was a very sturdy scope mount that took me about an hour and a half to attach to my M98 Mauser rifle. I did have to chisel out quite a bit of wood out of the stock to allow for the mount to sit down in and i also had to shorten the mounting bracket to fit, but was not too complicated. For the price, this is a well made and sturdy mount.
