Missing parts, bottom picatinny rail, fore-end cap has single self screwed mount, came scratched - ATI Outdoors AR-22 Ruger 10/22 Collapsible Stock Conversion Kit w/ Gen 2 Tactlite

I could not be more unhappy with lack of packaging and missing parts, my ATI stock was literally bouncing around in a box until it arrived. Buffer tube was scratched and worn because of this. Missing 1 mount for cheek rest, missing bottom picatinny rail that is mentioned in isntructions. Fore-end cap is cheap, and mounts with screw on bottom, screw in properly tight and it sits crooked. Entire kit feels cheap and is not the kit that came out several years ago that was all metal. After slowly assembling over 1 hour, this is going back.
