Advantage Arms 1911 .22lr conversion kit
This AA .22lr conversion kit works perfectly on my RIA EFS .45acp.I followed the instructions included with the kit,used their Recommended .22lr ammo and it works so smoothly. Highly recommend this kit for range practice without breaking the bank.

Not worth the money.
Shipping was fine, arrived on time. The kit came WITHOUT manual instructions on how to disassemble for cleaning. Also, that slide lock makes it really hard to install the kit on. Without manual, it's a PITA to self-learn how to put it in and lock safely.
Cheap reliable training, if you feed it right.
This is in my opinion, an absolute must-have if you own a 1911 and want to save a ton of money on range practice. It’s a snap to install. (literally just swapping the slide and magazine) and it lets you train with the exact same grip, trigger, and feel of your full-size pistol. However, you absolutely must feed it quality high-velocity ammo. If you try to run bulk stuff, it will go bang, but I did experience increased malfunctions. Maybe it will improve running the cheaper stuff with time. While the aluminum slide doesn’t feel exactly like a heavy steel upper, the quality and cost savings make this kit a phenomenal purchase.
